Job Overview BCS Allegiant has a 35‑year history of helping government, research, and private sector clients implement their programs and missions to achieve success. We offer a breadth of professional support services in business management, communications, systems engineering, analysis, mission execution, and organization performance. This position is contingent upon award. Position S&T Intelligence Office Specialist – Office of Naval Research, Arlington, VA. Full‑time, Exempt, Security Clearance Required: Top Secret/SCI. Responsibilities Draft and publish recurring S&T intelligence updates on two different classified networks (JWIC and SIPR). Track and follow‑up on intelligence Production Requests submitted through the COLISEUM tasking system in support of ONR intelligence requirements. Send calendar invites, track attendance and manage clearances at various intelligence briefings for ONR personnel. Work with the ONR Intelligence Oversight Official (IOO) to update annual Intelligence Oversight training slides for ONR, ONR Global, and PMR‑51. Track completions and maintain IO training records, draft quarterly Intelligence Oversight reports for signature by the ONR Intelligence Oversight Official. Provide day‑to‑day support to the SCIF expansion efforts at One Liberty Center. Attend meetings. Respond to information requests from building management. Assist Special Security Officer in preparation of documents required by SSO Navy, assist SIO in managing the Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communication System (JWICS) classified network at ONR. Coordinate funding actions for JWICS with ONR CIO and the Office of Naval Intelligence. Coordinate JWICS workstation tech refresh actions, including the purchase of hardware, and installation by the Office of Naval Intelligence. Update mandatory JWICS authorizations including Approval to Operate, TEMPEST review and Removable Media Requirements. Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree (business, communications, or graphics design preferred) and 5‑7 years of relevant experience. Degree may be waived if candidate has 12 years of relevant experience and recent experience in visual communications, video production, or a related broadcast field. TS/SCI or ability to obtain within two months of assignment. Strong skills in Microsoft Publisher and Adobe Acrobat. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Desired Qualifications Two years of experience working at the TS/SCI level.
