Summary:
We are seeking a Mainframe Computer Systems Security Specialist to support mainframe security operations, policy implementation, and risk management. This position, based in Eagan, MN, may allow remote work for the ideal candidate. Responsibilities include monitoring security compliance, managing RACF security interfaces, and developing security training materials.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee mainframe security workflows, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Lead security-related project teams across various departments.
• Implement and monitor compliance with information security policies.
• Review RACF security reports and generate new reports as needed for audits and risk assessments.
• Provide technical expertise in specialized areas, such as encryption and telecommunications.
• Develop and conduct security training programs, writing documentation and guides.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred, with at least 9 years of relevant experience (or equivalent experience without a degree).
• Proficiency in IBM RACF, zSecure, and mainframe operating system software.
• Knowledge of relevant computer security laws, regulations, and policies.
• Strong skills in systems analysis, database management, and job control language.
• Ability to write comprehensive security documentation and conduct audits.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with UDB DB2, IBM's CICS, REXX, SAS, and programming in zSecure's CARLa language.
