Duties and Responsibilities:

Administration:

Work as part of the administration team at the customer site STS has contract with

Perform daily, weekly and monthly operations to keep all site systems up and running

Make sure of system availability, performance and security according to best practices

Technical Assistance and Support

Troubleshoot and resolve issues when contacted by clients by providing both on-site and remote support.

Follow-up on major accounts in terms of technical support and proactive support service.

Maintain applications, operating systems and perform various preventative maintenance tasks for clients.

Provide hands on training to the customer Knowledge Transfer

Implementation

Install new products and apply performance and security procedures.

Supervise the migration of existing solutions and apply needed updates.

Complete configuration and upgrading based on design and specifications of client proposals.

Supervise the administration of systems to ensure availability of services to authorized users.

Testing, Documentation and Reporting

Complete integration and test the applications and systems.

Prepare full documentation of the implemented products and software.

Provide timely status reports to supervisors and project managers.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any related IT field.

3- 10 years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure related field.

Knowledge in active directory domain services

Knowledge in Microsoft Exchange Server.

Knowledge in Office 365 services (Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, One Drive, Yammer, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, EOP).

Knowledge in Microsoft Hyper-V service.

Knowledge in Microsoft ADFS.

Knowledge in SQL infrastructure setup.

Knowledge in Microsoft System center products.

Knowledge in Microsoft Azure:

- Azure IaaS (virtual machines, virtual networks, storage accounts etc.).

- Azure Identity and Access Management (Azure active Directory, PIM).

-Azure AD Connect.

-Azure Enterprise Mobility + Security (Intune, Azure Rights Management, Microsoft Advanced Threat Analytics).

-Azure Operations Management Suite (OMS) (Log Analytics).

-Azure Site Recovery (Azure DR Sites, Backup).

Skills

Good command in both English & Arabic languages (writing, reading & conversation).

Ability to learn technologies.

Ability to communicate and report incidents and issues to the upper management.

Self-motivated.

Ability to work under pressure and stressful scenarios.

Analytical Thinking.

Attention to details.

Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude.
