Boston Speech Therapy is excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Speech Language Pathologist. This position allows you to work 4 or 5 days a week, providing flexibility while offering competitive compensation between $85 to $90 per hour.

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with communication challenges. You will conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver effective therapy services in a supportive environment. Boston Speech Therapy is committed to providing our staff with the resources and support needed to thrive in their roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess communication needs.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans for clients.
  • Provide direct therapy services to individuals across various age groups.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support client progress.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate treatment records.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and stay informed about industry trends.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Experience in delivering speech and language therapy, preferably in clinical or educational settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Proficient in using technology and software related to speech therapy
