Job Summary
A full-time Speech Language Pathologist role is available in Hornell, NY. This position provides the opportunity to deliver individualized communication, cognitive, and swallowing therapy within a collaborative care setting. Responsibilities
Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy
Conduct audiometric screenings and make appropriate referrals
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
Maintain accurate clinical records, progress notes, and documentation
Participate in care planning and team meetings
Offer in-service education and contribute to program development
Promote safety and high-quality care in all interactions

Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
Active New York State SLP license
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
Strong communication and documentation abilities
Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and quality care
