-Oversee the development and implementation of individual therapy programs that align with students' IEP goals.

-Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs and appropriate interventions.

-Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and therapists, to create comprehensive support plans for students.

-Provide training and professional development opportunities for staff regarding speech therapy practices.

-Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

-Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, providing updates on student progress and discussing strategies for support at home.

-Stay current with research and best practices in speech and language pathology to continually enhance program effectiveness

- Assist supervisor with designing and implementing policies and procedures and department documentation
