    Job Summary: This is a 1.
    0 FTE non-continuing position for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).
    Under the direction of the Executive Director of Special Program Services, responsible for helping reduce or eliminate speech and language delays that interfere with the individual student’s ability to derive full benefit from the district’s educational program.
    Specific responsibilities for this position are as described on the attached job description.

    Salary Range: $70,006 - $138,991 per the 2023-24 Snohomish Education Association Total Compensation Salary Schedule.
    Placement on the salary schedule is determined by official documentation verifying educational level and work experience.
    Salary will be prorated for less than a full-year and/or part-time employees.

    Endorsement Required: ESA SLP/Audiologist
    • Valid State of Washington teaching certificate with appropriate endorsement.
    • Possess and maintain a valid First Aid and CPR certification for duration of employment with the District when required for position by Board Policy.
    Applicant are responsible for determining that they have the appropriate endorsement and current Washington State certification for the position.


    Benefits: For eligible positions, the district offers a competitive benefits package including Washington state health insurance coverage (SEBB), a Washington state retirement package, and paid time off.
    Generally, you are eligible for SEBB benefits if you are anticipated to work at least 630 hours per school year (September 1 through August 31).
