Role Overview:
In this role, you will evaluate students, create targeted therapy plans, and provide interventions to address a range of speech and language needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive assessments and prepare clear, detailed reports

• Develop and deliver therapy aligned with IEP objectives

• Address articulation, fluency, receptive/expressive language, and pragmatic communication

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to monitor progress

• Participate in IEP meetings to share recommendations and updates

• Keep thorough documentation in compliance with district and state standards

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active IL SLP License

• IL Professional Educator License (PEL)

• ASHA CCC preferred

• Prior school or pediatric experience a plus

• Excellent collaboration, communication, and organization skills

Position Details:

• Type: Full-time, onsite

• Caseload: K12 students (assignments determined by district needs)
