Location: Waverly, New York (Southern Tier Region)

Salary: $91,520 $114,400 per year + Sign-On Bonus
Schedule: Weekdays, weekends, and some holidays
Relocation: Assistance available

Job Description:
We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join a supportive, multidisciplinary therapy team. This position offers mentorship, a state-of-the-art therapy environment, and the opportunity to impact patient communication, cognition, and quality of life. CFY candidates are welcome.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide therapy for speech, language, voice, and swallowing impairments

• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and rehabilitation staff to deliver patient-centered care

• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge plans

• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and family communication

• Conduct audiometric screenings and refer as needed

• Assist with staff training and in-service education

• Adhere to safety and compliance policies

Requirements:

• Master's degree (M.A. or M.S.) in Speech-Language Pathology

• Current or eligible New York State license

• ASHA CCC preferred, CFY candidates welcome
