  • Required version 2012,2014,2016 ,2017 and 2019.
  • OS Windows server 2012, 2016,2019.
  • installation, configuration, and maintenance of MS SQL Server instances.
  • DB Upgrades & Patching .
  • Monitor database performance and take proactive steps to optimize performance.
  • Implement and manage database backup and recovery strategies.
  • Ensure high availability and disaster recovery solutions are effectively implemented.
  • Configure and maintain database servers and processes.
  • Monitor system's health and performance
  • Ensure high levels of performance, availability, sustainability, and security.
  • HA, Replication, Clustering and Mirroring.
  • Analyse, solve, and correct issues in real time.
  • Provide suggestions for solutions.
  • Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes.
  • Assist developers with query tuning and schema refinement.
  • Provide 24x7 support for critical production systems.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours.
  • Work on issues that couldn't be resolved by L2 team.
