We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Carollton, Texas. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual with a strong background in full-cycle accounting and a keen eye for detail. As a key member of the finance and administration team, you will ensure compliance with financial regulations while supporting both local and global reporting needs.
Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of full-cycle accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial statements, ensuring timely closing of accounts.
• Oversee liquidity management and reporting, ensuring effective cash flow operations.
• Collaborate with auditors and other stakeholders to maintain compliance with legal standards and best practices.
• Generate detailed monthly financial reports for internal use at both local and global levels.
• Process payments, handle bank transactions, and maintain banking relationships.
• Provide cost management support to project managers, ensuring effective budget utilization.
• Prepare and submit sales tax and other regulatory filings, ensuring timely compliance with authorities.
• Act as the key accounting user for the company's NetSuite system, supporting implementation and optimization of global finance processes.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities while managing insurance and administrative responsibilities.• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Extensive experience managing monthly and annual closing procedures.
• Proficiency in using NetSuite for accounting and financial operations.
• Strong understanding of accounting practices within manufacturing companies is highly preferred.
• Prior experience working in an international organization is an advantage.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach to challenges.
