Job Purpose

The Senior Business Analyst plays a critical role in driving a high-impact initiative forward by ensuring data is complete, accurate, and actionable. This role leads analytical workstreams, translating complex data into meaningful insights that inform decisions and shape execution. Reporting to the Manager, Strategic Projects and collaborating with senior stakeholders, the Senior Business Analyst brings structure, clarity, and focus to the initiative—bridging data with strategy to support momentum, alignment, and measurable outcomes.

• Assess and validate data quality to ensure completeness, consistency, and reliability.
• Lead data clean-up efforts to identify discrepancies, standardize formats, and prepare for reporting.

• Translate complex data sets into meaningful insights to support decision-making.
• Structure and present insights in a clear and compelling manner for senior stakeholders.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align data, processes, and timelines.
• Support execution by understanding task dependencies and project lifecycle requirements.

• Identify opportunities for workflow automation and process improvement.
• Support implementation of enhancements to improve data quality and operational efficiency.

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for senior leadership.
• Summarize key findings and recommendations to drive alignment and informed decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, or transformation roles.
• Experience leading analytical workstreams with responsibility for data completeness and integrity.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and comfort with data manipulation.
• Experience with project management and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, PMO systems).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Demonstrated ability to drive clarity in ambiguous environments through structure and data.
• Experience creating professional presentation materials for senior audiences.
• Familiarity with automation tools and strategies for process improvement.

Compensation details: 85000-90000 Yearly Salary
