The Senior HRIS Analyst is a key member of the HR Operations and Systems team, responsible for the accurate, secure, and efficient management of employee data across HR technology platforms. This is a hands‑on role that supports day‑to‑day HR operations, payroll and time‑keeping outcomes, reporting readiness, and ongoing process improvements during a period of HR systems transformation. The Senior HRIS Analyst will primarily support UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management, while also maintaining and supporting legacy ADP Enterprise and Recruitment Management applications during the transition. The role partners closely with Payroll, HR Operations, Workforce Analytics, and IT to troubleshoot system and data issues, conduct audits, support testing and implementations, and improve workflows that enhance compliance, data integrity, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities HRIS Administration & Data Management Execute and validate employee data transactions across UKG Pro, UKG Workforce Management, and legacy ADP Enterprise (hires, job/comp changes, transfers, terminations, org updates). Maintain accurate employee records across the lifecycle with strong attention to downstream payroll, time‑keeping, and reporting impacts. Serve as a hands‑on system resource responsible for direct system updates and coordination across stakeholders. Data Integrity, Audits & Controls Design and perform routine audits to validate accuracy, completeness, and consistency of HR/payroll/time‑keeping data. Investigate root causes of data issues, recommend corrective actions, and implement sustainable controls to prevent recurrence. Maintain audit‑ready documentation and repeatable processes that support compliance and reporting accuracy. Systems Support, Troubleshooting & Testing Act as an escalation point for HRIS issues by researching, troubleshooting, and resolving data/system discrepancies. Coordinate vendor cases and internal service requests through resolution, ensuring clear documentation and follow‑through. Support system testing for updates, configuration changes, and new functionality, including UAT planning/execution. Process Improvement & Documentation Evaluate HR and payroll workflows to reduce manual effort, improve system adoption, and drive standardization. Develop and maintain SOPs, job aids, and user‑facing documentation; contribute to end‑user training as needed. Reporting & Analytics Enablement Ensure HR data is structured and reliable to support recurring reporting, ad hoc requests, compliance needs, and dashboards. Partner with Workforce Analytics to support extracts, metrics definitions, and reporting consistency. Security & Compliance Support Assist with role‑based access controls and security administration aligned to policy and compliance expectations. Support employment verification and compliance processes (I‑9/E‑Verify, background checks, and regulatory reporting as applicable). Demonstrate commitment to Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and apply knowledge of compliance policies and procedures, standards and laws applicable to job responsibilities in the performance of work. Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of progressive HRIS experience supporting HR and payroll/time‑keeping‑adjacent processes. Demonstrated experience in HR data maintenance, auditing, troubleshooting, and process improvement. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel required; SharePoint/Teams/Power BI a plus). Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail. Demonstrate commitment to Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and apply knowledge of compliance policies and procedures, standards and laws applicable to job responsibilities in the performance of work. Preferred Experience with UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management. Experience supporting legacy HRIS platforms (ADP Enterprise and Recruitment Management) during migration/parallel environments. Experience supporting historical data migration, reconciliation, and long‑term data retention. Exposure to HR reporting, dashboarding, or analytics concepts.
