Roaming Solutions and Products team leads the life cycle of the products, either built in‑house or handled with vendors. Senior Manager, Product Management The Senior Manager, Product Management is responsible for delivering the vision, design, and product roadmap of a key product or limited product portfolio in an Agile‑driven environment. The role leads teams of 20+ FTE or contractors who help run roaming products. The Senior Manager supports P&L goals by building & maintaining relationships with vendors and ensuring contracts align with technology evolution and GSMA standards. The role ensures vendor products, systems and processes comply with T‑Mobile Cybersecurity policies and defines product vision and strategy with vendors to meet T‑Mobile’s needs and growth. Senior Manager is also responsible for hiring and retaining a high‑performing team of Product Managers, Owners and Managers and for developing strong productive relationships with cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Finance, Accounting and other partner organizations, and supporting vendors. Job Responsibilities Work in collaboration with the Director to develop strategy, plan, goals for the scope of business. Drive cross‑functional alignment with teams including Engineering, Business Assurance, Financial Operations and Accounting to understand current product experiences, identify areas of opportunity and prioritize feature development. Maintain understanding of GSMA and Wireless Industry trends for Retail & IoT Roaming and assess how trends impact the roadmap or create opportunities for innovation. Own lifecycle management of multiple roaming products, including creating, managing, maintaining, and communicating product vision and strategy. Develop change management and regularly cascade vision, strategy and goals from executives to direct reports. Provide review and guidance to the Product Management team and vendors on execution responsibilities. Drive accountability for implementation, service levels and adherence to T‑Mobile contractual terms. Ensure the product team follows enterprise process to secure and maintain product funding, resolve blockers or issues. Coordinate activities and communication between internal teams and vendors. Represent T‑Mobile as primary contact with vendors for performance, quarterly business reviews, concerns and issue resolution. Assist direct reports with ongoing prioritization and resource allocation. Collaborate on creation of development plans for each direct report and create leadership opportunities. Create, communicate and monitor formal performance improvement plans when necessary. Provide regular, timely coaching and feedback to enable a culture of constructive upward feedback. Education and Work Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience (Required). Master’s or Advanced Degree in Business Administration (Required). 10+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an Agile product development environment (Required). 4–7 years of experience leading teams of 5 or more resources in a direct reporting relationship within a Product Management organization (Required). Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Product lifecycle management experience delivering large and complex business and technology initiatives (Required). Proven track record communicating effectively with leadership and employing collaboration and influence (Required). Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex technical information to a variety of audiences (Required). Strong analytical skills with proven ability to identify, analyze and synthesize product use data (Required). Agile project management experience with backlog and project management tools (Required). Licenses and Certifications At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Travel Travel required: Yes. Compensation Base Pay Range: $140,500 - $253,500 Corporate Bonus Target: 20% The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate. The actual starting pay will vary within this range based on location, qualifications and experience. At T‑Mobile, employees in regular, non‑temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most corporate employees are eligible for a year‑end bonus based on company and/or individual performance.
