SUMMARY The Senior Manager, IT US Operation oversees all technical and support operations for all US sites (currently 3), ensuring IT services meet organizational needs. They handle day-to-day IT operations, including managing hardware/software, network, and user support, serving as liaison between local staff, site management, and Corporate IT teams. Work with stakeholders other LISI team members to prioritize work to meet and complete deliverables in a timely manner. Collaborate across Operations business units and/or team members, establish and support networks of people in a matrix organization, and use relationships strategically to accomplish objectives. Oversees server rooms, networking (routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi), and data center facilities. Contribute to technical analysis to determine technical feasibility and improvements. Harmonize technologies inside US Operations to bring standardization and efficiency Ensuring data backups, cybersecurity measures, and compliance with IT policies Support end users by writing and maintaining documentation and providing technical support. Responsible for internal audits. On an IT standpoint, Responsible for reviewing all applicable standards and regulations for the facility and communicating to local site management any and all changes to legal requirements. Coordinating with external service providers and internet service providers.
