Data Extraction, Transformation and Loading data into reports or databases.Lead the design of dashboards end-to-end, including defining KPIs, metrics, and overall visualization approach based on business needsTranslate business requirements (especially in automotive financing/leasing) into data models, calculations, and dashboard structuresDevelop interactive dashboards for operational monitoring, credit performance, collection, and KPI trackingWork closely with business stakeholders to understand processes such as loan origination, disbursement, installment tracking, and collectionEnsure data accuracy and alignment between dashboard output and business definitionsOptimize dashboard performance (refresh schedule, load time, usability)Manage Power BI workspace, user access, and security (including RLS)Prepare and maintain documentation for reports, KPIs, and data logicSupport users and provide guidance on how to use dashboards effectivelyMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in data engineering, big data analytics, computer engineering, or related field.Good knowledge on producing reports / dashboards using Power BI or other Business intelligence tools at least for 4 years.Good understanding of BI data warehousing concept.Good understanding of DAX script, SQL.Good knowledge of Databases and the ability to analyze, interpret data, data modelling, and transforming to BI tools.Good understanding of data modeling (fact/dimension, star schema)Familiar with Power Query for data transformationExperience implementing Row-Level Security (RLS)Strong understanding of automotive financial services / leasing business (mandatory)Able to define KPIs and metrics independently based on business needsComfortable working with cross-functional teams (business, data, engineering)Good Communication skills both verbal & written.Ability to plan work and meet deadlines.Accuracy and attention to detail.
