Your Key Responsibilities
- Monitor performance of assigned program and recommend program changes to maximize results.
- Utilize marketplace benchmarking and utilize market intelligence data to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate all product development and management activities.
- Create, adapt and continuously optimize marketing plans and operational measures to ensure optimized product positioning in the market.
- Maintain a strong cooperation with the R&D department to guarantee an exchange about the latest trends and customer expectations.
- Visit customers and contribute to respective offerings on a regular base to ensure the program meets the customer needs.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent Experience.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a related role.
- Automotive Aftermarket Experience
- Proven experience in product management, business development, or marketing within a relevant industry.
- Experience managing products or product lines through various stages of the product life cycle.
- Familiarity with coordinating product launches, re-launches, and product portfolio management.
- Experience conducting external benchmarking and analyzing market intelligence to identify new opportunities.
- Proven track record of developing and optimizing marketing plans and operational strategies.
- Willingness to travel is required. (25%).
