THE ROLE

We are looking for a hands-on Sr. Solutions Architect / Tech Lead who can operate as both a technical leader and a builder. This is a player-coach role where you will mentor the team, shape solutions, and actively contribute to implementation.

You will work closely with clients and our team to lead technical conversations and help translate business needs into scalable, well-architected solutions. This role also includes supporting new and potential projects through scoping, solutioning, and estimation, with support from the team as needed while you take ownership of driving this forward.

This role sits between architecture and execution. You should be just as comfortable designing systems as you are getting into the code. This is a role for someone who is comfortable taking initiative and moving things forward independently, while staying closely connected to a team that collaborates and supports each other.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Lead architecture and technical design across client engagements

Act as a technical lead on projects, guiding implementation and ensuring quality

Mentor and elevate a small team of engineers through hands-on leadership

Participate in client-facing discussions, helping shape solutions and build trust

Assist in scoping, solutioning, and estimating for new and potential projects

Design and implement integrations across systems, including APIs, endpoints, and data flows

Ensure solutions align with Microsoft best practices and modern cloud architecture

TECHNICAL SCOPE

You will be expected to operate across the full solution stack, working closely with teammates across disciplines:

UX & Design: Collaborate on user experience and workflows using tools like Figma

Frontend: Build or guide UI development using React or Angular

Backend APIs: Design and develop APIs using Java (Spring Boot), .NET/C#, or Node.js

Cloud & Microservices: Architect and implement microservices-based solutions using Kubernetes (AKS, EKS)

Integrations: Work deeply with APIs, endpoints, and system integrations across platforms

Microsoft Ecosystem: Leverage Azure services and Power Platform where appropriate

WHAT YOU BRING

We are looking for someone who brings a mix of technical depth and a collaborative mindset:

Strong experience with .NET/C# and/or Java (Spring Boot) backend development

Solid understanding of Azure and modern cloud architecture

Experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular

Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, and distributed systems

Familiarity with containerization and Kubernetes (AKS, EKS)

Exposure to UX thinking and design collaboration using Figma or similar tools

Experience working directly with clients and translating technical concepts clearly

Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code to improve productivity, code quality, and problem-solving
