responsibilities:
Responsibilities:

• Translate product vison into codable and measurable components with meaningfully sequenced and appropriately detailed user stories
  
  
  
• Facilitate the gathering and elicitation of business requirements from key stakeholders and business partners focused around solving organizational challenges
  
  
• Prioritize user stories and work expected within the Sprints for squad based on urgency, pervasiveness (the greater good) and organizational goals
  
  
• Liaise across business, design and delivery partners to ensure clarity of business objectives and user needs.
  
  
• Maintain an evergreen Product roadmap and backlog, shape and influence the direction of Sprints and Program Increments and enable timely delivery value-driven data solutions
  
  
  
• Enable product delivery, readiness and rollout by facilitating demos, managing communication/collaterals, overseeing user acceptance testing and coordinating relevant training efforts
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
  
  
  
• Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred with minimum of Five (5) years of relevant experience.
  
  
• strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the ability to translate business data analysis into actionable tasks.
  
  
• Ability to author thorough, detailed, high-quality documentation, including customer journey maps, user stories, use cases and test scripts.
  
  
• Experience independently managing requirements and design-related activities for complex, multi-business, multi-system initiatives.
  
  
• Experience in Agile development framework, product lifecycle development and JIRA.
