NTT DATA’s Client is seeking a Senior AI ML Specialist to join their team in Irving, Texas. Employment Details W2 Only Hybrid onsite Day to Day Job Duties Designing and fine‑tuning advanced AI/ML algorithms, including Generative AI, LLMs, and traditional ML techniques. Diving data‑driven insights by sampling the data using different strategies such as supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement, and deep learning. Building scalable, reliable, and secure end‑to‑end ML pipelines that handle data ingestion, model training, and real‑time inference. Automating model deployment and monitoring for performance, accuracy, and data drift in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Providing technical guidance to junior engineers, shaping AI strategy, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams such as Product and Data Science. Staying at the forefront of AI advancements to implement cutting‑edge technologies such as Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic AI. Integrating processed data with generative AI models to deliver business use cases. Providing technical leadership and oversight to developers engaged in Python, model integration, and data sampling. Skills Required Overall 7+ years of experience. 3+ years of experience in Python programming, including data manipulation with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and scikit‑learn. 2+ years of experience in machine‑learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch. 2+ years of experience with exposure to frameworks like LangChain and Langraph for integrating with large language models. Expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, or scikit‑learn. Exposure to working with LLM offerings such as Google Model Garden, Amazon Bedrock, and other cloud providers like Google, AWS, or Azure. Deep knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, and vector databases such as Pinecone or Weaviate. Proficient in prompt engineering and understanding different strategies such as zero‑shot and chain‑of‑thought. Strong knowledge of data science and sampling techniques to derive data subsets and draw conclusions.
