Job Title/Function: Sr. Business Analyst

Onsite / Remote / Hybrid: Hybrid 2 days/month in Riverdale, UT office Lives within 2 hours of Riverdale, UT

Duration: 6 Months

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE
  • MINIMUM 8-10 years of experience in gathering, maintaining and supporting successful projects in technical and financial institutions.
    • IT projects including API work, firewall team
    • Must have the knowledge of who to talk to depending on the IT service involved (ex. Network team vs. Software vs. Cloud team, etc.)
  • Agile experience experience managing 3-5 projects at a time.
  • Documentation experience and eagerness to document long-form requirements
• Soft skills:
  • Self-starter who is very proactive; not waiting for in-depth direction
  • Experienced enough to dig in and ask the right questions, "weaponized curiosity"

• NICE TO HAVE
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence and Sharepoint
  • Experience with dashboard design & delivery
  • Financial Services/Banking Industry experience
