As the Sr Clinical Project Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing, designing, planning, conducting, and reporting on clinical studies, supporting life cycle management activities, post-market studies and training Medical Affairs teams located remotely in the United States!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Crafting and providing oversight of clinical research programs to deliver study outcomes within schedule, budget, quality/compliance and performance standards, and ensuring the studies meet scientific objectives, and are aligned with commercial needs.
  • Serves as single point of contact in core teams in R&D, leads Clinical Sub-Teams, and acts as the medical/scientific consultant to marketing or research project teams and government regulatory agencies.
  • Contributes to operational excellence through process improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Provides clinical functional review and expertise on the assigned projects/tasks, updates on clinical study progress and performance metrics.
  • Forms relationships with key opinion leaders and applies their input to improve study design, protocols, and identified initiatives as appropriate.
  • Leads the planning, conduct, and reporting of clinical studies throughout the product development and life cycle management including development of scientific publications and peer reviewed manuscripts.
  • May be responsible for site or vendor selection as appropriate, post-marketing studies, and training for customer facing Medical Affairs associates worldwide.
Key Requirements/Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school+15 yrs; Assoc.+11 yrs; M.S.+4 yrs; PhD+3 yrs)
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
  • 7 Years of Proven Experience
