Job Title: Sr DevOps Pipeline Developer
Location: De pere, Wisconsin, Hybrid

Qualifications Required:
Able to write complex Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions YAML pipelines for application builds, on-premises and cloud application deployments
Able to write complex Terraform Infrastructure as Code which are invoked from Azure DevOps or Ansible
Experience with Azure DevOps Classic pipelines
Experience with Azure DevOps System Administration (Security and configuration)
Deep understanding of Azure and Windows on-prem Infrastructure configuration
In-depth knowledge of automated build, automated deployment, CI/CD, telemetry, operations automation and other DevOps tools
Powershell or Python experience:
Validating this language with HR: Bachelor's degree and typically 3 to 5 years related experience of technical specialty or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Bachelor's degree in (Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field) and 5-8 years related experience in technical specialty or 9-12 years equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Expected strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
A genuine passion for technical self-learning and problem solving
Preferred:
Experience in creating RedHat Ansible playbooks
Able to write complex Azure Bicep and Azure ARM Infrastructure as Code which are invoked from Azure DevOps
Experience in developing shared pipeline and IaC components and templates.
Development experience in C#
A thorough grasp of agile and lean delivery concepts and methodologies, and a history of successfully applying this knowledge to facilitate process improvement
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently as well in a highly collaborative, team-based environment
Statement of Work:
One or more of the following
Write and test Azure DevOps YAML deployment for known patterns (on-prem, IaaS, PaaS) as part of the Azure DevOps Classic to YAML pipeline migration.
Write and implement Terraform for Azure resources
Automate current manual processes performed by DevSecOps team. Examples
-Create a new Azure DevOps Team
-Create a new Azure DevOps Service Connection
-Create a new Azure DevOps Project
Follow Constellation processes, procedures and standards
Create documentation for application during the development process
Strong collaboration skills to seek and integrate feedback on a constant basis
