ONSITE Sr.
Electrical Design/Electro-Optical Sensor Test Engineer

(PCB Design | ATE NI Suite: LabVIEW, TestStand, LabWindows CVI) ONSITE in Orland, FL


***MUST have an active SECRET (or higher) DoD security clearance***


Location: ONSITE in the Winter Park, FL area

W2 pay rate: competitive (DOE)

Perks: + pay raises + per diem (for expenses) + flexible 4/10 schedule + 401K matching

Duration: Up to 18 mos project


PROJECT SCOPE:

Design and or Redesigning current integrated test adapters (ITAs), modifying and reviewing test software.

Also, integrating test adapters with existing common core test stations, creating validation plans and certifying

Interface Test Adapters (ITAs)/TPSs for production.


REQUIREMENTS:

4-6 years experience with the following:

Experienced in Electrical Design (cable design, PCB design, etc.
).

The candidate must the ability to read and understand electrical schematics

Experienced in hardware troubleshooting to find defects in manufactured test adapters.

ATE using NI test suite tools: LabVIEW, LabWindows CVI and TestStand.

Experience troubleshooting/testing complex electro-optical assemblies.

Experienced working in a team environment and capable of working with little direction.

Familiar with the Aerospace/Avionics Design Assurance Process capable of organizing reviews.

Must have experience with engineering labs and production facilities,


HIGHLY PREFERRED (but NOT required):

Proficient with Electro-Optical Sensor testing.

Expertise with integrating Interface Test Adapters (ITAs)/TPSs for production.

Experience with Board Bring-Up and/or Board Support Package (BSP)
