Project Overview
Williams is launching a major initiative to build and operate advanced on-site power systems for hyperscale data centers across the U.S. The engineering teams will be based in Tulsa, OK and Houston, TX, even though the project sites may be elsewhere. Technologies involved include:

• Natural gas turbines
• Reciprocating engines
• Battery energy storage
• Distributed control systems

Job Description:

• As an Electrical Engineer, you'll lead the design and optimization of electrical systems that power essential infrastructure-pipelines, compressor stations, and storage facilities. You'll apply your technical expertise to integrate advanced technologies like automation, real-time monitoring, and energy storage, driving efficiency and innovation across operations. A key part of your role is ensuring safety through the implementation of arc flash mitigation, fault detection systems, and rigorous compliance with regulatory and environmental standards. You'll also manage complex projects from concept to completion, aligning engineering solutions with business goals and timelines. This is a high-impact role where your leadership and problem-solving skills will directly contribute to operational reliability, safety, and strategic growth.
