Job Title: Senior Electrical/Power Engineer

Location : Onsite Davenport, IA

Responsibilities

• The Senior Electrical/Power Engineer is responsible for providing project leadership and management in the engineering, design, procurement, construction, and implementation of systems and equipment primarily for energy efficiency and electrical distribution including:
• Identifying and developing innovative solutions related to Energy Efficiency as driven by the DPW energy reduction metrics.
• Identifying and completing projects that improve reliability and reduce risk in the plant electrical distribution network.
• Managing the project budget to the planned/forecasted spend delivering project tasks to the agreed upon commitment dates with formal close out of projects via final project report.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in electrical engineering from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
• Minimum of 3 years project management experience; adept at devising scope, specification and technical designs
• Basic understanding of medium voltage power distribution
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
