Responsibilities Develop and maintain application-layer embedded software for autonomous and off-highway vehicle systems Design, implement, test, and validate Embedded C code on existing ECM platforms Perform software diagnosis, debugging, issue analysis, and code repair activities Collaborate with systems, controls, and validation teams throughout the software development lifecycle Work within RTOS-based environments and support software integration activities Utilize CAN communication and diagnostic tools for development and troubleshooting Support software verification, validation, and testing activities Create and maintain Python scripts for automation and testing as needed Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, and system-level problem solving Required Skills & Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Embedded Software Development Strong programming experience in Embedded C Experience with RTOS environments (Linux experience is a plus) Strong experience in application-layer software development Hands‑on experience with software testing, validation, debugging, and troubleshooting Experience with CAN tools such as CANalyzer and CANoe Strong communication and collaboration skills Self‑motivated individual with strong initiative and problem‑solving abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience with braking and steering systems Exposure to autonomous vehicle systems or off‑highway equipment Knowledge of AUTOSAR architecture Experience with Microsoft Azure Python scripting for test automation and validation Familiarity with vehicle health monitoring systems Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
