Overview Chamberlain Group (CG) is a global leader in intelligent access and a Blackstone portfolio company. This role is within Chamberlain Group's Finance function, supporting the Global Sourcing organization. Responsibilities and Duties Develop yearly budget and monthly financial forecasts for the Sourcing organization to drive timely decision making. Monitor and analyze monthly overhead spending, purchase price variance, and cost reduction project results; identify trends, key drivers, and advise senior leadership on opportunities and risks. Provide value‑added analytical reporting on direct material spend, including ad hoc requests, to deepen understanding of cost changes and uncover efficiency opportunities. Maintain and communicate status on KPI s (Key Performance Indicators) to support effective business decision‑making. Assist in preparations of monthly operational reviews and other recurring deliverables. Identify process improvements to reduce finance cycle times, improve forecast quality, and enhance information for leadership. Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines and confidentiality of company information. Maintain professional and technical knowledge through education, workshops, publications, and professional societies. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance. 5+ years of financial support experience in a manufacturing organization. Working knowledge of ERP financial systems (e.g., SAP) and data analysis, and ability to manage relationships in a matrix corporate environment. Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English. Preferred Qualifications Master's of Business Administration, CPA, or CMA. Experience with activity‑based costing and financial forecast development, and presenting complex financial data in Microsoft Excel. SAP experience. Benefits Salary range: $85,500.00 – $139,350.00; base pay may vary based on position, location, education, training, and experience. Comprehensive benefits package. 401(k) contribution.
