As a Sr. Full Stack C# Web Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining mission-critical web applications that support emergency services and healthcare operations. You will work across the full technology stack, from backend business logic and database layers to dynamic front-end interfaces. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, leading feature development, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring high-quality, secure, and performant software. Your work will directly impact end users who rely on these systems for life-saving operations. This is a fully remote position that offers a dynamic, agile environment where innovation, technical expertise, and teamwork drive meaningful outcomes.
Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications with a focus on C#/.NET technologies.
- Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, QA, and other engineers to deliver effective solutions.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex features and system improvements.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to industry best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting career growth and team development.
- Support operations teams by troubleshooting and resolving high-priority production issues.
- Participate in cross-platform/cross-browser testing and ensure secure, performant applications.
- Continuously improve processes, architecture, design, and performance for the full development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack engineer in an ASP.NET environment.
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks.
- Experience with AWS technologies including EC2, ECS, S3, Lambda, SNS, SQS, EventBridge, or similar Azure services.
- Proficient in relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL), SQL, and stored procedures (PL/SQL, T-SQL).
- Familiarity with version control and CI/CD tools such as Git, BitBucket, and TeamCity.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using CloudFormation, Terraform, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks for unit tests, API integration tests, and mocking.
- Experience in Agile development environments and providing technical leadership to teams.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Bonus: Knowledge of ColdFusion, SaaS analytics tools (Snowflake, Birst, Izenda), EMS/clinical domain experience, and AI product integration.
