Sr. GenAi & Agent Development Consultant

Location: NYC, NY (3 days Hybrid)

Duration: 12 months (Potential to convert)

• Must Have AI / Machine Learning and GenAI Exp (must have exp delivering real-world products
  • Pre 2022: AI/ML Exp

• Deep, practical expertise with LLMs, GenAi Frameworks (OpenAI, Langchain, etc) and agent development.
• Production Exp:
  • Taking a concept into Production
  • Architectural experience with distributed, scalable systems
• Must have a track record of delivering high-quality AI products with scalability, maintainability, and observability in mind
• Hands on Python Coding Experience (All GenAI is coded within Python - MUST BE HANDS ON)
  • Hands-on experience designing and developing AI/ML models, GenAI applications in production environments (cloud/on-premise
• Most be able to mentor Jr team members
• Strong understanding of microservices, API design, CI/CD, containerization, and MLOps practices.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD within ML workflows
• Experience in agentic process automation or AI copilots
