Our Remote Admin team is currently in search of a Senior Help Desk Associate. In this position, you will have the chance to engage in strategic thinking, leverage your critical thinking skills, deliver outstanding customer service with a smile, and showcase your collaborative mindset all while offering exceptional advanced technical support to our financial advisor network.
What you will do:
- Provide end to end workstation and end user maintenance and support for all services and systems including desktop, laptops, printers, and mobile devices as well as applications, services, and systems.
- Participate in a technical support call queue including managing availability, call time, coverage and a professional phone presence and demeanor.
- Maintain and own team ticket queue by working and resolving emailed support issues and assigning tickets to other team members as needed.
- Work with your team to identify widespread issues and proactively resolving.
What you will have:
- 4+ years of proven help desk experience.
- Intermediate to advanced administration of windows based operating systems.
- Intermediate Apple iOS administration and support.
- Basic administration of LAN, WANs, windows servers (including AD), and infrastructure.
- Intermediate level administration of centralized systems for risk mitigation and monitoring (Anti-Virus, BitLocker, Windows Patching, Intune and M365 services)
What it would be nice to have:
- PowerShell scripting experience.
- DNS, DHCP and Group Policy technology.
- VoIP
- Managed Service Provider experience.
- Experience with the follow vendors: Veeam, LogMeIn, ConnectWise, 8x8, Intune, McAfee
