Sr IAM / Identity Security Architect - Hybrid- Start ASAP

For our client, we are looking for an experienced Senior IAM / Identity Security Architect (m/f/d) to lead a strategic Identity & Access Management transformation initiative. Your main task will be to define the IAM roadmap, develop the target architecture and business case, align stakeholders, and lead the technical implementation through to global rollout. Tasks Define the IAM strategy, roadmap and target architecture Develop business cases, management presentations and decision papers Design and implement enterprise-wide IAM / IGA solutions Lead architecture reviews, technical implementation, pilots, rollouts and hypercare Design identity lifecycle processes (Joiner / Mover / Leaver), RBAC, SoD, access reviews and birthright access Drive phishing-resistant authentication initiatives (FIDO2, Passkeys, WebAuthn, Windows Hello for Business, certificate-based authentication) Design Microsoft identity solutions using Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory and Conditional Access Collaborate with IT Security, Infrastructure, HR, Compliance and Business stakeholders Manage implementation partners, vendors, project risks and dependencies Requirements Extensive experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Identity Security and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise IAM / IGA solutions Experience with IGA platforms such as SailPoint, Omada, One Identity, Saviynt or Microsoft Entra Governance Strong Microsoft identity expertise (Entra ID, Active Directory, Hybrid Identity, Conditional Access) Strong understanding of Zero Trust, PAM, Least Privilege and Identity Threat Protection Experience with SSO and identity standards (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM, LDAP, PKI) Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at management level Project Details Start: ASAP Duration: Initial contract until the end of the year (extension likely) Workload: Full-time Location: Hybrid - 1 day per week on-site (near Bielefeld, Germany), Remote rest of the week.
