Position Overview:


The Sr Implementation Specialist is responsible for moderate to complex Instant Financial Issuance (IFI) solution delivery to our customer. This position will manage installations and ensure customer success and satisfaction during the project delivery which includes setup, installation, and administration for clients purchased or outsourced technology and business process solutions. May also include project management of small implementations.


Responsibilities:


  • Work independently to design the solution deployment and configuration to meet the customer needs.




  • Setup, install, and administer instant financial solutions for our customers. This may be done either remotely or at a customer site.




  • Handle complex customer installations and situations with little guidance from leadership.




  • Take ownership of small implementations from start to finish with little to no project management support.




  • Act as technical expert on the solution, including participating in the requirements gathering and validation.




  • Understand the customer need and work directly with client to manage initial access, map and transfer data, create process documentation.




  • Test and troubleshoot functionality of installed systems; identify and documents technical issues to be escalated to the proper organization for resolution.




  • Deliver solution training for customers, Partner and IT personnel.




  • Interact with System Administrators to apply software patches and perform upgrades to existing customer systems.




  • Maintain high availability for contact to ensure timely and accurate response to all inquiries.




  • Communicate effectively with external and internal customers/partner and provide information in a timely and accurate manner.




  • Provides feedback based on client experiences to the owner of the components part of the solution and process improvements.




  • Propose process improvements on parts of the solution.




  • Create and maintain documentation to assist in future problem resolution.




Basic Qualifications:


  • Associates degree in Information Technology or equivalent education and experience




  • 5+ years of experience in a customer facing software delivery




  • 7+ Windows administration and networking experience




  • Experience with systems backup and recovery technologies




  • Ability to work non-standard hours as needed including evenings and weekends as customer initiates.




  • Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US




Preferred Qualifications:


  • Proficient problem solving and troubleshooting skills




  • Experience in general networking technologies and concepts




  • Experience configuring and maintaining Windows Server associated tool and utilities.




  • SQL, IIS, TCP/IP, VMware, Cisco, SAN, LAN/WAN knowledge and experience




  • Experience supporting remote and mobile users and computing/communications




Compensation Range:


The pay range for this position is $75000 - 125000 if located in the United States. In the event this position is hired outside the U.S., pay ranges will vary and will be set in the applicable currency. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. Please speak with the recruiter for more details.
