We're looking for a Sr Instrumentation and Controls Engineer who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. Join us and you’ll have the chance to work on projects including state‑of‑the‑art industrial and commercial facilities. You’ll be accountable for the schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks, as you gain familiarity with the client’s expectations, scope, budget, and schedule. You’ll also provide on‑site assistance during startup, coordinate work activities with other staff members and the discipline lead. As part of a collaborative, multi‑disciplinary team, you’ll help design and optimize control systems for a variety of processes, working closely with architects, engineers, and designers to deliver complete, world‑class solutions for new facilities. Your responsibilities will include developing P&IDs, sizing valves, specifying instrumentation, and documenting and modeling design information while ensuring compliance with building codes and industry standards. Your multi‑discipline, highly interactive team will produce control system designs for a variety of processes and develop options and optimizations for all aspects of the process control, instrumentation, and automation. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or other related engineering or technical field At least 6 Years of experience working with Instrumentation and Control Demonstrated experience in mission critical control systems, including Building Management Systems (BMS), SCADA systems, and Distributed Control Systems (DCS) Preferred Qualifications Professional Engineering License (PE) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Control Systems Engineering. Extensive experience with Data Center control systems design, commissioning, and infrastructure components Experience preparing technical specifications, control narratives, and sequence of operations Served as discipline lead within a project team Track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication skills both verbal and written Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices and contribute with innovative ideas Self‑motivated with proven ability to learn quickly and continuously advance technical proficiency Proven ability to collaborate effectively within multi‑disciplinary teams Passion for critical facilities, infrastructure systems, and construction Experience mentoring Junior professionals and leading project teams Benefits Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
