Software Engineer 4 / Sr. Java Developer Duration: 12+ months Location: Charlotte, NC/Dallas, TX/Iselin, NJ/Chandler, AZ – Hybrid role (3 days per week onsite) Top skills: Core Java, Kafka, MongoDB, payments background (all are non-negotiables) Required qualifications: Must haves (and how they are used): KAFKA, JAVA, MONGODB, REACT, in that order, banking experience Why is this open: a ton of work in the payment space, becoming ISO 20022 compliant Mission: support team in multiple projects, they have some severe talent gaps in Kafka and JAVA, performance tuning Day-to-day: rebuilding service architecture, performance tuning, backend services, connecting to databases Plusses: enterprise payments experience, Delphix experience. Going to be moving to OpenShift.
