Full-time Job Description Technical Skills: Looking for 8+ years of expert-level hands‑on experience in designing and developing JBoss Fuse/Java/J2EE solutions using Spring framework components. Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, OpenShift, Couchbase, Camel, Apache ActiveMQ, JMS, microservices, RESTful web services, JBoss Developer Studio, SharePoint and Git. Object‑oriented analysis and design using common design patterns. Design, construction, and unit testing of assigned components/modules. Experience working with relational databases to facilitate programming software production implementation and post‑production issue resolution. Very good communication skills. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent teamwork and ability to work with multiple vendors and internal departments. Application support, change management, and maintenance responsibilities. Outstanding customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills. Roles and Responsibilities Hands‑on experience designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms. Object‑oriented analysis and design using common design patterns. Mentor junior team members with assistance from PM/Architect. Understanding of agile/waterfall development methodologies and test‑driven development practices. Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications. Excellent knowledge of Core Java, Web Services, Spring components, relational databases, and SQL. Design and implement automated unit testing frameworks as required. Use best practices and coding standards. Conduct thorough unit testing using the automated unit test framework. Conduct peer reviews, lead reviews, and provide feedback. The role requires an individual who is results‑focused, proactive, highly collaborative, confident under pressure, and has demonstrated skill in both solution evangelism and expectation management.
