Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Software Engineer III to join their team. As a Software Engineer III, you will be part of the AI Engineering and Application Development business unit supporting enterprise-wide technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and excellent collaboration abilities, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Sr. Java Developer (No C2C) Location: Owings Mills, MD (2 days a week onsite) Pay Range: $65 - $68/hr W2 Final Interview will be onsite in Owings Mills MD What's the Job? Develop, analyze, design, build, and implement infrastructure and software solutions for enterprise applications. Research and resolve complex enterprise problems, orchestrate cloud installations, and develop new features for existing software products. Own, deliver, manage, and support software products and services while evaluating emerging technologies to enhance the platform. Lead or support incident response and troubleshooting efforts across multiple domains. Mentor team members and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to uphold engineering standards. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of relevant work experience. Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure components, including deployment, maintenance, and automation tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible. Strong knowledge of core infrastructure capabilities, including operating systems, networking, identity, and access management. Experience supporting containerized environments using Kubernetes, Docker, or similar technologies. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders and work collaboratively across teams. What's in it for me?
