Sr. Lead Mobile Developer

Job Type: C2C or W2

• 10 plus years of experience in mobile development, with at least 3+ years in a lead role.

Strong command of:

• Android: Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, Jetpack components.
• iOS: Swift, Objective C, UIKit, SwiftUI, Xcode.

Experience with:

• Mobile architectural patterns (MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture)
• Build tools (Gradle, XcodeBuild, Fastlane)
• CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Mobile testing frameworks (JUnit, Espresso, XCTest)
• Version control (Git & branching strategies)
• Solid understanding of app store submission processes and guidelines.

Soft Skills

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Ability to mentor and guide teams.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
