Sr Lot Operations Specialist Apply
Job Responsibilities: Ensures efficient Lot Operations by coordinating the movement of vehicles from check-in to removal after sale. Oversees vehicle flow to ensure that incoming vehicles are received, stocked-in, numerated and parked in proper areas. Oversees lot operations to ensure efficient operations and administration pre- and post-sale. Monitors lot damage, meeting with managers on a regular basis to review and resolve potential Lot Operations problems. Ensures appropriate and effective coordination of the sale day lineup and execution of activities. Communicates with commercial accounts, customer support teams, vendors and other auction personnel to ensure coordination of Lot Operations’ activities. Ensures timely and accurate processing of all Lot Operations paperwork. Physical Demands: Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear. Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat and climb. Medium strength. Ability to lift 1-30 pounds (light hand tools, etc.). Manual dexterity, repetitive motion tasks. Vision abilities required include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Work Environment: Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts hazard, electrical shock hazard and toxic or caustic chemicals. Moderate noise level. Frequent exposure to outdoor weather Minimum Requirements for Education and Experience: High School Diploma/GED and 7 years’ experience.
