  • Analyzes organizational needs to align software development efforts with strategic goals.
  • Identifies inefficiencies in software development processes and recommend optimizations.
  • Uses data to evaluate project performance, team productivity, and system effectiveness, providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to define software requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Assists project managers by tracking milestones, identifying risks, and ensuring deliverables meet deadlines.
  • Serves as a team Scrum Master and/or Release Train Engineer (RTE).
  • Documents workflows, technical processes, and project methodologies to support development efforts.
  • Assists in creating and implementing policies related to software development, such as agile practices or compliance standards
  • Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) & Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), or Rally to support team productivity and transparency.
  • Works with software developers, quality assurance, product managers, and leadership to align on objectives.
  • Mediates disagreements and ensure teams remain focused on shared goals.
  • Ensures software development processes adhere to relevant standards, regulations, and best practices (e.g., GDPR, CMMI).
  • Recommends and support agile methodologies, helping teams transition to or optimize frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
  • Advocates for continuous improvement in development practices and team workflows.
  • Helps teams adapt to process changes or new tools during software development cycles.
  • Management Analyst -Scaled Agile Framework Scrum master certified.
