This role is part of the Sensor and Actuation division’s electrical & software team, reporting to management of that department. Advanced degree preferred.* 7-10yrs of experience in the aerospace, defense, or automotive industry is preferred.* 7-10yrs of experience in requirements-based development per aerospace industry guidance (i.e., ARP-4754, DO-254, DO-178, DO-160) for safety-critical systems and equipment.* Demonstrated competency running/directing agile software teams (multi-location).* Experience in program management, agile product ownership and launch.* Highly effective communicator.* Demonstrated success is collaborating, communicating and developing partnerships across multiple sites.* Bias for action; Solution oriented.* Willing to travel to multiple locations.* Must be a U.S. Person.**Who We Are**Exlar manufactures electromechanical linear roller screw actuators, rotary servo motors, and integrated control solutions for a broad range of applications.
