Job Description:

• Develop and design manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installations, machining, processing, and material handling.
• Strategically design the arrangement of machines within plant facilities to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Create and specify sequences of operations and procedures for fabricating tools and equipment, ensuring optimal product performance.
• Adapt machine and equipment designs to meet factory and production conditions effectively.
• Incorporate inspection and testing requirements into production plans, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Inspect the performance of machinery, equipment, and tools to verify their efficiency. Investigate problems and initiate corrective actions to address deficiencies and ensure product quality.
• Develop manufacturing processes applicable to statistical process control techniques, fostering continuous improvement.
• Provide guidance to engineering teams regarding design concepts and specifications to optimize equipment use and manufacturing techniques.
• Ensure all processes and procedures comply with applicable regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in manufacturing process design and optimization, Strong knowledge of machine and equipment design principles.
• Familiarity with statistical process control and quality assurance practices, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Provides guidance to engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques.
