Job Title: Sr Manufacturing Engr

Locations: Hodge, South Carolina (Onsite)

Job Description

• Engineering guarding solution around our large shaker and interlock door access and camera's, identify a Jib solution and magnet to remove iron from the top of the shaker.
• Engineering solution to guard access to the mold/weight handling at our small line and develop a solution to use a manipulator to grab weights.
• Engineering design solution to interlock hydraulic power unit at our melting operation on large melt
• Support the work contracted to a PE to get a second bridge crane installed in the melting area of the plant.
• Additional supporting safety projects in melting and pouring support risk assessment by plant leadership.

Required Qualifications:

• Looking for Sr level 10+ Years
• Implementation experience related with Jib/ Overhead cranes, Design/ Implement Guarding solution around Foundry furnace etc.
• Cost estimate experience
• Some electrical control knowledge
