Job Description Amazon Web Services’ Hardware Engineering team is looking for experienced Manufacturing Engineers capable of operating in a fast paced, ever changing, multi‑platform international manufacturing environment. The Sr. Manufacturing Process Engineer works closely with Design Partners, component suppliers, and internal teams to scale up production, ensure quality, manage launch, resolve process issues, and support new product releases with up to 50% travel worldwide. Key job responsibilities Manage manufacturing technical operations support at the factory Provide on‑site support to new product launches as well as sustaining issues Design in quality and manufacturability on new designs of servers and racks Root cause customer impacting issues and drive resolution Basic Qualifications 5+ years of driving process improvements experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or similar related field or equivalent experience 2+ years of Manufacturing Engineering work experience with server platforms or on high‑tech hardware 5+ years working with manufacturing suppliers to improve incoming quality of systems Preferred Qualifications Experience working with interdisciplinary teams to execute product design from concept to production Experience with the project management of technical projects Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.
