Sr .net Developer (SQL AE)

For this contractor assignment, seeking two Senior-level IT Applications Programmer with demonstrated success within large-scale IT projects. Full Stack developers will work in a fast paced, collaborative environment, with groups in both IT and business areas: designing, coding, unit testing in a variety of technologies supporting UI, backend, API, and database and Cloud. You’ll provide insights and contribute to decisions impacting various platforms. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Analyzing requirements for software programs Writing or modifying code for complex programs, components, or applications Creating and maintaining documentation Researching complex technical problems and recommending solutions. Required skills Comfortable working with SQL Server Always Encrypted (AE) #C and VB Schema analysis and remediation for encryption compatibility Application Security Expertise Deep understanding of OWASP Top 10 and secure coding practices Experience with threat modeling and vulnerability remediation Hands-on experience with data-at-rest and data-in-transit encryption Familiarity with key management and integration with enterprise security tools Demonstrates ability to analyze data and formulate meaningful questions Brings insights and hypotheses back to the team to guide investigation and decision-making Leads with curiosity to uncover root causes and improvement opportunities Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with limited documentation Works effectively with cross-functional teams (security, architecture, infrastructure) Can explain technical findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders Curiosity-driven problem solving Thrives on figuring things out without a full map Resilience in ambiguity Comfortable making progress with partial information Bias toward action Identifies and executes remediation steps without waiting for perfect clarity Education and/or Experience Required Bachelor’s Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum four years of related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications.
