Sr. .Net Developer /Lead Location: Fort Mill, SC/ Austin TX / New York, NY Duration: Long Term Job Description: • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role. • Strong expertise in.NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework. • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, IAM). • Proficiency in DevOps tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, Terraform). • Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, security protocols, and cloud-native design patterns. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. • Architect, design, and implement scalable applications using.NET Core / ASP.NET MVC / C#. • Integrate applications with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudFormation). • Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (ECS/EKS). • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product Owners) to deliver high-quality solutions. • Optimize application performance, security, and reliability in cloud environments. • Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and foster continuous learning within the team. • Stay updated with emerging technologies in.NET and AWS to recommend improvements.
