Job Title Sr .NET Full Stack Developer (.NET, React, API) Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET, React, and SQL Server. Build and optimize APIs and microservices that integrate with internal and third-party systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Analysts, Architects) to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Implement CI/CD pipelines using CloudBees (Jenkins Cloud) and TFS. Troubleshoot and optimize application performance, ensuring scalability and maintainability. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Document architecture, components, and design decisions for future reference. Required Skills & Experience 4–5 years of professional full-stack development experience. Strong proficiency in .NET (C#) and React. Hands-on experience with SQL Server for data modeling and query optimization. Working knowledge of Microservices architecture and API integrations. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably using OpenShift, CloudBees (Jenkins Cloud), or TFS. Experience developing within .NET 8 and React 18 environments. Technical Focus Areas Understand the three service lifetimes in .NET Core Dependency Injection (Transient, Scoped, Singleton) and how they differ. Proficient in troubleshooting slow performance issues. Deep understanding of Entity Framework—benefits, pitfalls, and when to use it. Ability to discuss design patterns and their practical application in codebases. React Strong understanding of state management in large-scale applications. Ability to build reusable and maintainable components. Familiarity with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries. Preferred Attributes Naturally curious—asks questions, challenges assumptions, and pursues better solutions. Confident communicator who contributes to team discussions and decision-making. Quick learner who adapts to new technologies independently. Proactive in leveraging AI tools for code assistance, testing, or optimization.
