We take pride in our inclusive environment and positive impact on the community and actively encourage internal mobility and professional growth at all stages of an employee's career. What does a Senior Operations Manager really do? Think of yourself as someone who will manage day‑to‑day business operations, including performance, billing, and P&L, so not everyone can qualify for this role. Responsibilities As a Senior Operations Manager of the AV Emergency Response unit, you will manage day‑to‑day operations business, including performance, billing, P&L and resource forecasting for a growing fleet. Manage a high‑performing team of Operations Managers and Team Leads, ensuring they are coached in both leadership and AV technical literacy. Design and scale response frameworks that accommodate unique AV challenges, including software‑defined edge cases, hardware failures, and environmental obstacles. Drive KPI excellence across specialized AV metrics, balancing technical Resolution Rates and Safety Benchmarks with business metrics like CSAT and AHT. You will meet with Senior Management and clients as needed to continue business growth. Ensure compliance with evolving regulatory and legal standards specific to autonomous transportation. We need someone who has the proven ability to scale operations, drive performance management, and foster employee retention. Own the hiring and talent development pipeline, identifying candidates with the "top‑notch" analytical skills required to thrive in a fast‑paced technology environment. Foster an organizational culture that prioritizes safety, innovation, and rapid adaptation to technological change. Requirements Two‑plus years of experience as a Senior Operations Manager or seven‑plus years of experience as an Operations Manager in high‑stakes or safety‑critical environments (e.g., transportation, automotive, aviation). Autonomous Vehicle Experience is required. BA/BS degree preferred. Experience managing supervisors, as well as coaching and developing Teammates. 20% travel required to support market launches, conduct field audits, and meet with regional stakeholders. DEI In TaskUs we believe that innovation and higher performance are brought by people from all walks of life. We welcome applicants of different backgrounds, demographics, and circumstances. Inclusive and equitable practices are our responsibility as a business. TaskUs is committed to providing equal access to opportunities. If you need reasonable accommodations in any part of the hiring process, please let us know. EEO TaskUs is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer. We celebrate and support diversity; we are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
