Sr. Operations Manager, Operations & Administration (Chief Marketing Office)

Location: South San Francisco, CA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote) The Scientific Team at Russell Tobin & Associates is hiring a Sr. Operations Manager, Operations & Administration for a world-class pharmaceutical/biotechnology client. This is a strategic operations and business management role within the Chief Marketing Office (CMO) . This is not a traditional marketing position . We're looking for an operations professional who can drive operational excellence, lead cross‑functional initiatives, manage vendors and budgets, and optimize business processes that support high‑performing marketing organizations. Required Experience 5–7+ years of Operations, Business Operations, Marketing Operations, or Project Management experience Experience leading cross‑functional operational initiatives Marketing Operations Leadership Project Management Process Improvement & Operational Excellence Budget tracking and financial oversight Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry is highly preferred Preferred Skills Business Operations Program Management Cross‑functional Leadership Process Optimization Experience with Veeva or similar platforms is a plus If you're interested or know someone who would be a great fit, please send your resume or reach out directly to discuss this opportunity!
