Job Title: Senior Procurement Administrator
Location: Springdale, AR 72764 (Onsite)
Duration: 3 Months (Possible Extension)

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Administrator to oversee and manage Supplier Master Data within SAP and other legacy systems. This role involves maintaining accurate supplier records, ensuring compliance with data entry requirements, and providing training and support for supplier management tools. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments and functions.

• Maintain and update supplier master data in SAP and other legacy systems.
• Ensure supplier data forms are completed accurately and correctly.
• Research and resolve supplier master data issues, collaborating with internal teams and third parties as needed.
• Work effectively across multiple functions, cultures, and organizational levels.
• Administer and enforce business insurance requirements for suppliers.
• Provide training, support, and guidance to internal and external stakeholders on navigating COUPA SIM & COUPA Supplier Portal for self-service updates.
• Execute MRS Supplier requests for data creation and updates across business units.

• Experience with SAP and supplier master data management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve supplier issues.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate at different organizational levels.
• Familiarity with COUPA SIM & COUPA Supplier Portal is a plus.
• Strong communication and training skills to support internal and external users.
